  The quality and taste of food is very good All the safety guidelines of covid are taken seriously and food is cooked maintaining proper hygiene. 90% of times many dishes are not available 😑. This disappoint me very badly . All halidarm namkeen ,bhelpoori , ready to eat , sweet , gift boxes, trays , dry fruit, chips etc are available on ground floor .   Air-conditioning is very poor. If you can't air-condition the place properly, at least install fans! In Delhi's heat the place becomes unbearable. There are lots of tables but no privacy and no one appears to have given any thought to making the layout interesting. Prices are horrendously expensive. On the whole, not worth a second visit.

  Like other Haldiram's outlets, Model Town branch too has maintained itself well in all crucial parameters like Hygiene, staff behaviour, availablity of various food options, well stylish sitting and last but not least the GREAT FOOD !   Worst Experience Ever. We ordered food through Swiggy. Order ID- 126025473972. Swiggy person was also assigned for the order and delivery time was also showing. So we kept waiting for our food to be delivered. We had guests at home. After about 1.20 hours we tried to reach Swiggy. They gave us the number of Mr. Sunil from Haldiram for further coordination. As Mr. Sunil was not answering their call. We kept calling him from several numbers, but he didn't respond even a single call of ours. After 1.45 hours Swiggy finally cancelled our order, after several calls and chats. It was so embarassing in front of the guests. Also it was so late at night that we were left with very few options for food ordering. The Team of Swiggy & Haldiram are equally responsible for this negligence and unprofessional behaviour.

  Worst and bad experience as we take three items vide bill no.319/2122/178074 at 3.047 pm on 7-12-21, GUJRANWALA , model town Bhalla papdi is worst and bad taste moreover dahi was stale (BAASI) , and they denied for executive thaali but give us special North Indian food thaali and special (means) बिलकुल ठंडा खाना थाली दी गई, and come to last item Tikki with chholey this only item was good in taste . In total you have purchase food of rs.682.50 and get खराब फूड, I complaint them but they only said sorry. Actually I made a mistake to have a food in Haldirams outlet. I must say sorry to my companion also that I take her in Haldirams

  It was near to my old office and mostly I use to go there on Friday after office with my friend.it has a nice cosy and spacious ambiance with beautiful lighting..all north Indian south Indian and Chinese foods are there on their menu along with lots of fusion dishes and drinks.. My favourite is pav bhaji and basket chaat.. Presentation taste price hygiene and hospitality all are superb .. loved it ❤️ Highly recommended 👍

  Haldiram have been a favourite pitstop to snacking. I prefer less oiled and hygienic prepration of chole bhathura here than any other place. Their plain simple copd coffee is also refreshing.
