  Absolutely disappointing. I had heard so much about Haldiram brand, but this particular outlet was a major let down. I ordered Thali. Firstly the vegetables + dal quantity is not enough for 2 roti + rice. And extra is paid. The taste was pretty average too. Next time I went there I ordered Moong dal halwa. The price is 25% more than best sweets shop in my city but the taste here was really average, no way close to the price. The biggest disappointment was when I went third time (& my last) and ordered Jalebi for takeaway. The jalebi was half cooked (color was added so did not know until eaten otherwise to local shops we always say , make slightly more red). My family was eating jalebi after 6 months and these people not just wasted my money but ruined a family experience. Never going back there again. Also 3 times I went (all 3 on weekends), the number of customers were 2-4 only. Naturally when better stuff is available for lower prices, who will go here. And people like me who went because of brand name stopped going after disappointment.

  The cooks/chefs at this new outlet seem to be either inexperienced or in some hurry. Noodles had too much salt; fresh lime soda had no sugar or salt. Though they replaced the Noodles but not before the appetite and mood was spoiled

  Worst haldiram experience. I ordered thali, they gave 2 tea spoon of subzi to have with 2 naan. U get 2 slices of tomatoes, onion and cucumber to bridge the gap. How do u eat naan with salad? Manager said this is serving size standard of Haldiram.

  The ambiance is nice, but the food taste is not that great, it's just okay, and the chinese platter is just ok so I would recommend not to eat this platter, Why 4 star because we had to wait for the food for like 7-8 mins and staff is nice plus cleanliness is there.

  This outlet of haldiram’s had opened recently and place is equipped with all the new kind of interiors which looks very nice and vibrant.   The staff is very uncooperative. They will stock big items for sale but they don't have carry bags for it and they will ask you to carry 10 boxes in those 10 minute fragile paper bags. We asked for the time to ready kesar kulhad milk and got a response of 2 mins. We requested speedy preparation as we were late for a family function. After paying and waiting for 5 mins, they told us 2 more mins and we requested them again n again to expedite. After 5 mins, they told us 10 more mins. Disgusted by that response, I asked him to cancel it. They refused even though they were late and expected customers to wait for 25 mins for milk preparation. They asked us to pick any item of equal value. We picked items and they refused again citing some billing issue. Disgusted we left the shop. Will never visit again.

  So i ordered masala dosa and in the batter of dosa salt was excess. So i talked to the manager and according to him he said (humare yaha esa hi milta hai). I mean seriously dude😂😂. So overall experience was not good although he changed the dosa with same new dosa again of salty flavour.

  One of the best restaurant with dining facility. This Haldiram's outlet is a newly opened one and its ambience is very nice. Also, lots of facility they provide. Scanning the code on table and order from phone is a very big relaxed experience for the outlets like this where self service is favorable. When your order is ready they will provide it on the table, so there's no more need of standing in queue for placing order. And, this thing used to be very much disappointing if you are on having a meal and you need something in between ! By the on table ordering this thing is a resolution to big mess of placing order in a queue.

  Not at all recommended....it is aweful...by going Haldiram's brand image we went for dinner...the hall was suffocating and very uncomfortable on top of it food quality was very very bad despite being costly. Then, thinking that though food was bad but Haldiram is famous for its mithai...we went to buy MOTI CHUR LADDU...but to our surprise it was VERY VERY VERY BAD .... we were so much upset and embarrassed when we served laddus to our guest and no one ate as they were PATHETIC...they should seriously look into food quality :(

  Ambience is very good. Food was tasteless especially Chole bhature, Thali, grilled sandwich etc. which we ordered. Rajkachori was awesome.   Really bad experience twice, went in the morning to get jalebi and other sweets, no one at the billing desk, then no confirmation if it is available, then cancellation after 20 mins. In the evening went for south indian food, so no south indian batter available and then they said their tawa broke. Pathetic, considering the outlet opened recently and still badly mismanaged.

  Very very worst experience.We visit to celebrate bday party with 20 persons, Mostly items are out of stock.service is too slow even very less customers.   - Very poorly managed restaurant. - Though food was of good taste/quality - Meagre staff present at restaurant is not capable enough to handle a full house - I saw almost every customer was arguing for delivery of food which was was ill managed and very late Overall ambience is good but seriously need to work on management of restaurant otherwise it will be difficult to survive just based on brand name. I was surprised to see such a ill managed Haldirams.

  Fantastic place to eat food STREET LEVEL food in a SMOKEY AND EXTREMELY NOISY ATMOSPHERE. Staff service is extremely poor. There's no water in the free water service sections. There's no change with the cashier. There's no cutlery served with platters and other dishes. A family cannot enjoy and have their quality time. You've to make frequent trips on the counter to get your food. There's no ticket screen or anything. They keep on shouting orders! ' 1 pav bhaji please' I wonder why do they even add please? Just yell, "apni pav bhaji utha ke lejaa"

  Not upto the mark.. food taste is not as per Haldiram standard. They serve you cold food as it is without any second thought. Breads are pathetic..   Very Bad Service, they hand out orders even without checking the bill and they do not even give cutlery with food and when asked for they make very bad expression. The quantity of food was also not adequate. One of the most terrible experiences for food here!! If there was a option I would’ve given them zero stars.

  Service is pathetic, they do not accept credit cards only cash. I have visited a couple of times, be prepared for long wait even to get some basic sweets. Restaurant service is really slow as well. Food is good though.

  I have been to other Haldiram's, and trust me, the ambience in this one is perhaps the best! I have always been a fan of Haldiram's Chhole Bhature, haven't tasted in this one yet but I do believe Haldiram's is much consistent than it's competitors across the franchises. Recently, I got Ghewar and Khaandvi from this one, and these were amazing! Ample of parking space is there, and their space itself is big enough to host a lot of people. Everything, from sanitizers to drinking water is automated! Will update the review as soon as I explore more here...

First they take order from zomato, confirm the order and after half n hour they are refusing to give food item saying not available.. Their manager Nandan is rude and arrogant..
